Decaffeinated coffee with plenty of character. This 100% Colombian arabica is decaffeinated using the sugar cane process and has tasting notes of toffee, molasses and orange zest. Enjoy it black or with milk or a milk alternative.

Pour Over

Coffee: 22g (5 tablespoons)
Water: 350ml
Time: 3-4 minutes
Temperature: 90-93°C
Grind: Medium (like caster sugar)
Caffeine: 35mg per cup

Method: Clean, bright cup showcasing the Mountain Water Process quality. Excellent evening choice.

French Press

Coffee: 17g (3.5 tablespoons)
Water: 250ml
Time: 4 minutes
Temperature: 90-93°C
Grind: Coarse (like sea salt)
Caffeine: 27mg per cup

Method: Full-bodied decaf perfect for those who love coffee flavour without the caffeine kick.

1. For stronger caffeine: Increase coffee dose rather than over-extracting
2. For milder caffeine: Choose half caf or decaf, or reduce coffee weight
3. Consistent dosing: Use scales for repeatable caffeine levels, but tablespoons work in a pinch
4. Time awareness: Remember our recommendation to switch to half caf or decaf from 3pm for better sleep
5. Grind fresh: Always grind just before brewing for the best flavour and caffeine extraction

All caffeine levels are lab-tested estimates based on 4.5g per tablespoon. Individual sensitivity varies, and we recommend staying within 300-400mg daily depending on your weight and tolerance.
